Unique Features

The two-floor renovation at 208 3rd Avenue was completed in the summer of 2017, so every inch of this property is modern, and every appliance is brand new. One of the best features of this property is the pristine contemporary chef’s kitchen. The eat-in kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and inviting turquoise walls. The building, which is “duplex,” can sleep up to 50 guests in each unit. Or you can rent both halves for a total of 100 guests. When guests aren’t lounging on the beach, golfing, or exploring Myrtle Beach, they’re usually soaking in our outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. The outdoor area has two large grills if you’re hosting a reunion or want to treat your team to a communal cookout.

An Ideal Location

208 3rd Avenue rests in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This luxurious property is one block from a white sandy beach, so remember to bring your swimsuit, a beach towel, and plenty of sunblock. North Myrtle Beach is 19 miles northeast of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, so your group will enjoy quiet streets and uncrowded beaches. Now it’s time to decide what to do in Myrtle Beach.
